WOMEN’S SUPPORT GROUPS
SERVING OUR SOUTH SAN JOSE AND SALINAS LOCATIONS
Discover connection, healing and empowerment through guided experiences with equine-assisted psychotherapy and ecotherapy.
NO HORSE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
What to expect:

Gentle, therapist-guided activities with horses

Nature-based mindfulness and grounding practices

Supportive group dialogue and reflection

Emphasis on emotional regulation, self-compassion, and embodied awareness

Cost: $10 per session, some insurances are accepted.
This supportive group welcomes women navigating life transitions, stress, trauma, relationship changes, or any woman drawn to the restorative power of horses and nature.

FIRST RESPONDER RETREATS
A special retreat from The Equine Healing Collaborative for first responders looking for a therapeutic day of self-care. Clinicians will lead mindfulness exercises, guide equine interactions, and offer a taste of equine-assisted psychotherapy. Contact us for upcoming dates. Lunch provided!

A space for women seeking connection, support, self-discovery, and meaningful personal growth.
NO HORSE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
What we’ll explore:

This closed group brings the same 12 women together for all eight weeks, creating space for trust, connection, and community.
