Do clients ride the horses?
There is no horse-back riding at The Equine Healing Collaborative (EHC). No horsemanship experience of any kind is required to benefit from services at our site.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
TThe EHC offers Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy paired with traditional talk therapy. Clinicians incorporate other modalities and techniques as needed.
Do you take insurance?
The EHC is in network with Medi-Cal (Central Coast Alliance), Medicare, and Coastal TPA. We are able to provide a superbill for all other insurances. Reduced fee services and scholarships are available on a limited basis.
Who does the EHC serve?
The EHC serves first responders, veterans, children, teens, adults, couples and families. We also facilitate specialized groups (keep an eye on social media to see upcoming groups).
